My name is Kevin and I just joined MyFitnessPal. I actually stumbled across it when I got an itouch and saw the app. I just wanted something where I could easily track my calorie, protein, and carb intake. I've been lifting weights for years and have been trying to get my body where I want it, but I don't always choose the best foods. Hopefully this program can keep me on track. Trying to get ripped. I set my goal for 190, lost 1lb, currently at 195. We'll see how it goes.
