im a 23 years old chick from scotland with alot of weight to lose, im lucky that i dont look as heavy as i actually weigh ( wakeup call when i weighed myself lol) but im determined to make a change, the diet officially began yesterday rather than the traditional 1st of jan but better late than never! best of luck to every1 else and ne tips to keep me on track wud be greatly appreciated x

    Welcome...we are in the same boat...a great friend & I started yesterday as well...we can do this...this site is a huge help, so with each other & outside motivation I am sure we can all reach our weight loss goals...GOOD LUCK!!!!
