What is a good percentage ratio of Carbs/Protein/Fat to aid in weight loss? Thanks to those who know more than I!

I am trying to maintain my weight, but my ratios are 55% Carbs, 25% Fat, and 20% Protein. I think MFP defaults to 60:25:15, if I am correct.0

Your profile says you're a 40-ish gal trying to drop another 15 pounds - that's really pretty average. If you're not trying to do anything specific like build muscle mass or drop 100 pounds or run a 4 minute mile, then the MFP defaults should be pretty close.0

I just try to get the amount of protein recommended by professionals to prevent excess muscle loss (1-1.5g of protein per kg of body weight). I had to change mine based on calories consumed. At 1300 calories I needed 44% and 1500 around 35 and 1800 30. So it just depends.0

Can anyone tell me how to change the ratios in MFP?0

I shoot for 40/20/40 - Carbs/Fats/Protein. Usually Carbs turn out closer to 50 and Protein closer to 30, which is fine with me.0
