Question about logging exercise....

I just started Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred ( and it kicked my @$$)..anyways-my question is does anybody know if there is a way to log it in our exercise? I mean is there a way to break it down to log it? If anybody is just starting just like me, feel free to add me and we can do it together! Thanks for any info!

    I believe it is considered circuit training.

    Ok, I've looked around, and I think I'm going to use "Circuit Training, General." I went to other websites as well and that's what they all said. I kind of feel like it will underestimate the calories burned :laugh: When I typed in 20 mins it said only 180 cals for me. No way!! I hope it's more, so I'll wear my hrm just to be sure.
