Weight loss has stalled.

I started at 140lb and am aiming for 126 or maybe 120 if I am lucky. I know its not a massive amount to need to lose but it is important to me. I dropped 6lb so far basing my calories on the 1200 net that MFP set me. BUT.... it has now stalled completely. I have been reading in this forum that not eating enough calories can cause a stall and that some people up their intake as they get closer to their goal. I have this week started to drift just over the 1200 net but most days not over 1300 (except today because I have done nothing to burn it off). This still does not seem to have made any difference so I have checked the MFP app and changed the settings to see if it would change the calories as I get closer but it still says 1200. My question is should I increase my intake a little further still and if so how much further. Not doing much today but most of the week days my work burns a lot of calories which I do eat back as if I didnt I would be at a total net of about 400 calories on a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. Any ideas anyone????
