NSV! First time I've jogged for 20minutes straight!!

I just had to share. :) Today I went on my usual morning exercise with my fiance and started up week 5 day 3 of C25K and managed to jog for 20 minutes without stopping! This is a first in my whole life. :O

If anyone has been thinking about C25K (Couch to 5K) I recommend it so much (I use the 'Get Running' app on my iPhone). <3

    That's wonderful! I've been jogging for years, my motto is, if you run out of breath, you're going too fast. Keep it up!!!

    I just did that workout yesterday too!!! Im doing the C25K plan and if someone had told me 5 weeks ago I would jog 20 minutes straight I would have laughed in their faces! But I did it!!!

  • Well done, I started week 8 this morning and can't believe I am doing it, had trouble running for 60 seconds at the beginning, think it is a brilliant programme.

    That's great! This week I started running and although I have not YET built up a good stamina to go a long distance or time I have set a goal to do a Warrior Dash or a Spartan Race next year. I'm glad you accheived a great NSV...Keep on keeping on!

    Congrats!!! I can only jog for 10 min so I know how you feel! That is a great accomplishment!
