You can add a Cardio called 'Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)' that will throw in some exercise calories for strength training.0

It would be great if there was an explanation or at least the link to the FAQ page about calories burned from strength training on the exercise page. Where people might see it, rather than having it buried on the FAQ. It gets asked so much.

I see. I don't wear a hrm, but I do log cals from weight lifting...especially if I've had a good workout, am in a sweat, I feel i've burned the cals. i also perceive I'm burning cals all day after a good lifting session.0

Right there is a new thread asking about this 4 times per day. Would be nice if there were a sticky or something to answer it since for some reason on this forum people neither use the search function nor bag on people for not using the search function.0
