I don't really enjoy oatmeal when i eat it... but i know it's really healthy and it would help me controlling my cravings... do you have any ideas on how to make YUMMY oatmeal?

You can make it with milk or water. Milk will give a little more flavor. They have flavored soy milk or almond milk (live vanilla) which would probably be good.
You can add a variety of fruits (cranberry, apple, raisin, strawberry, blueberry) or add cinnamon, honey, brown sugar, maple, ect. It is like a blank (bland) campus and it accepts other flavors really well!

oh, i will try it with flavored soy milk (we can't really find any almond milk where i live but i'm going to the "american market" shop tomorrow, hope i can get some cool things there!)... that's a pretty good idea! Thank you so much!0 -
