Is anyone else cold now that they've lost weight? I was always way to warm and even in the dead of winter would sleep with the window open a bit and a fan on. I rarely wore a winter coat. Now it's in the 50's and I'm freezing!!! I'm gonna need a snowsuit this winter!! LOL Has anyone else noticed this? Just curious.

Oh my gosh YES! I hate it. Last year was my first winter ever at just under 12% body fat and it does make it harder to warm up! It snows where I live and as beautiful as it is here, and as much as I still love it here, I am absolutely dreading winter coming!

We heat our house with a wood stove, and we live in the mountains, and I wake up first and have to get the fire going again and I'm always bundled up waiting for it, but the coals usually make it go quick and I kind of enjoy just sitting there sipping my coffee and watching the flames.

I still rather have this than be fat again. All the other health issues are gone after dumping the 60 lb pack of fat stressing everything in my body, and overall I am much much healthier.

    So, just enjoy it. :)

Yes... less fat = less insulation. I prefer it to being fat though!

I'm freezing all the time. Everyone has told me that once I get down to my goal weight and start maintaining that weight I'll adjust to my new size and be cold less.

Too funny!! We live in Michigan so we have all kinds of weather. We have a wood burning boiler that provides our heat. It does a great job, but we haven't started it yet because it will take eight hours to heat the water to get the heat in to the house. So I freeze!! My husband laughs at me because it has always been him freezing!! I wouldn't let him turn the heat up very high because I said it was easier for him to get warm than for me to cool off. I may have to eat those words!!

Thanks! It's good to know I'm not the only one!!

A good friend called me a sissy and said it wasn't even cold yet! I said I wasn't a sissy I was just losing my insulating fat layer!!!
