calling all massage therapists!

I was wandering how other massage therapists incorporate their jobs into weight loss and mfp. For example, yesterday I did 4 hours of "deep tissue" and an hour and a half of swedish and by the time I got home I was exhausted and had no energy for exercise. I know i should probably exercise before work but Im worried it will zap my energy and leave none for work. I set my activity level at low-moderate because I dont consider massage exercise but it sure feels like a work out. How do other LMT's handle this? Thanks for any advice

LMT CNMT... here!
Massage is totally exercise... with the lunges and constant moving...
Deep tissue is rough and you have to make sure you are grounding off the person the way you would with swedish, it cause fatigue if you don't!!
You should check out my profile and friend me if you like what you see... I have no other LMT friends here!0
