I am new to this site. I am trying to get into shape.

My history is that I just turned 30, my current weight is 290. My goal is to lose at least 100 lbs. I have been struggling with my weight all my life. I have been on so many different diets and none of them have worked. I am willing to try anything.

I have two children that are motivating me to lose this weight. My family is all overweight and are now having health issure from it. I want to do something before this starts happening to me.

    That's all, it works. Stick with this an you'll lose a pound or 2 per week (with occasional "plateaus" that'll drive ya' nuts). 2 pounds a week is 104 pounds in a year. That's it,,, that's all you have to do. You can do it. "

    My name is Sandy and am new here too! i'm turning 30 this year! i have no kids. And I'm trying to get into shape ! Im tierd of diets !!
    But i've decided to eat healthy and exercise so i can feel good about myself!
