Group Weightloss Rewards

There is a group of us in Huntsville, AL that is on MFP. We are wanting to make a game out of it now.

What goals do you and your group set for motivation?

What rewards do you and/or your group get at the end of each ... let's say... "competition". We are looking for affordable to free rewards since this is not going to be a one time thing.

I live in Huntsville, too! New(ish) to this, and could use a support system!
