no more fast food for lunch..!!

I usually just go get fast food for lunch, and since im trying to be healthier and lose about 50+lbs I know that going out to eat fast food every day M-Thurs for lunch is not going to help my journey.

Im starting off doing small things, instead of just jumping right into the "diet" full force because the minute I dont lose or I slip up I will beat myself up about it and then not want to continue.

So the first thing on my list is lunches.

Even though the LC and WW meals arent the best, they are what im taking this week as well as a greek yogurt and fresh fruits (for lunch) + my 5 bottles of water I want to drink in an 8 hour period while being at work.

My question is: what food do you munch on while youre at work? (Im an MA so sometimes im up and walking around and sometimes im sitting down triaging patients over the phone, so during that time, I can "snack" but I want healthy snacks, and surely my boss wouldnt want to see me munching on fresh fruit so that is just for lunch)

& what foods do you take for your lunch?

I plan on doing eggs/turkey bacon, or some of cereal and fruit for breakfast..

I get bored with food HELLA EASILY so im wanting to try new foods, and keep the diversity train rolling so I wont get bored.

    Do you have access to a microwave? I just pack whatever is left from the previous night's dinner into an insulated lunch bag with an ice pack, and then heat up my food in the break room. I've eaten all sorts of tasty stuff that way.
