Hi all!
I had an account on here last year and did really well, about 12lb in 6 weeks!
But i got ill and kinda gave up a bit as i was really craving carbs etc and didn't have the energy to exercise. Dieting and flu really don't go well together lol.
So of course, i got back into bad habits and put the weight back on
BUT, i know this works and i am determined. My doc said my cholesterol is slightly raised and i know i'm unfit. And anywho, i'm getting married in 2012, so i need to shift this tummy lol.
I had a wii fit for christmas (was not offended in the slightest lol) so i've no reason not to exercise even when the weather is bad, the hula hooping is really fun anyway!
Just can't believe i've got 68lbs to shift!!!! should be more than that according to experts, but i have a big frame lmao!
