how do you stop late night cravings

I sit with MFP on my laptop while I watch TV which has completely stopped my late night fridge visits0

I agree with the ladies. Going to bed with your favourite tv show or hanging out on MFP helps remind you of your goals and take your mind off the craving. I also either have a cup of tea (something with strong flavour like lemon and ginger) or I brush my teeth.0

Either you eat food that is less calorie dense or you keep some calories open for a late night snack. As some suggested you can stay on MFP to keep you focused.0 -
