Its a new year and I have gained 20lbs since I started school in May.
I have hit that mortifying 200 mark again and HATE it!!!! Planning a trip for April 1 to an all inclusive resort which means I need to wear a bathing suit and need to get my butt back in gear!!
Also tonight my bf and I are starting our own biggest loser and HAVE to win!
Looking for any tips or motivation to keep me going. Also any workout videos that you have done to help you lose weight and fast!!

Hey there. I htink the best work out video you can get is P-90-X. It has an amazing routine and actually allows for 3 different types of routines. They give you a nutriton book and the DVD set comes with like 12 DVD's. They even give you this sheet that shows you what workout DVD's to use each day and after the 3rd week, it mixes up the routine to shock the body. I did it but fell off the wagon...so I am back to it this year. Give it a try, but it is qite expensive.
It is a tough commitment but if you do it every day and eat sensibly, you should drop pounds and pounds in....well like it says .....90 days...hence the 90 in the P-90-X.0 -
Thanks I do have P90X but never used it lol.
I also have Insanity and have thought about trying that but I dont think Im ready for that yet!0
