Hiya! Newbie here.

I started my diet about 3 weeks ago and was counting my own calories, but this site seems great for keeping a much better track of what i'm doing and getting some support too!!
So I've been on here for 2 days, thought I'd best get posting. I'm 20 years old, a girl but only looking to lose another 12 lbs.
I'm also starting some strength training at the gym alongside my diet (:
