Simple but awesome - found the Duncan Hines Frosting Creations flavor packets in the baking aisle, they are intended to change the flavor of plain vanilla frosting and there are a lot of flavors, so you can tweak this to your liking - I used the pumpkin flavor.

Jello - Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix (Dry Mix), 1 Package 100 cals
Silk - Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1.5 cup 45 cals
Yogurt - Plain - Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, 0.5 cup 65 cals
Duncan Hines - Frosting Creations Flavor Mix, 1 pkt 3g 10 cals

One step - put it all in your blender and mix until well combined, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula if needed. Refrigerate until set/thickened.

I haven't measured the full volume that this makes, but 1/4 of the recipe (more than 1/2 cup!) is 55 cals. Goes great with a sliced apple sprinkled with cinnamon.

Per serving:
