    I just realized at the gym today that I only go 1.8 miles a day on the trainers (don't have the time to go longer than 30 minutes), but I'm still gonna try for 100! :)

    My pedometer has a miles mode in addition to steps. 17,000 steps is great! It is an Omron Go Smart. I like it and it seems accurate.

    I'm in, 105 miles walked so far for September.

    Mind sharing how you log miles on pedometer. Yesterday, I completed 17,00 steps!

    Hi I use two systems, mainly my Garmin gpsmap 62s GPSr. This tracks my walks, measuring time, distance, height etc. I also use my smart phone app "cardio trainer" which does a similar job.

    trying :)...kinda struggle with the whole smart phone thing...course it might help if it had charged last night when I hooked it up to the charger ...

    Picked up a pedometer today - couldn't get any of the apps to work w/ my phone - I think the gyro died in it. So I'll be starting to track things not necessarily at the gym :D
