okay so i am kinda new to the whole dieting thing. after i hit about 19 my metabolism slowwwwwed down!
i have just started 3 days ago and i have been doing kickboxing to shapen up!
my hardest thing is staying within my calorie range! its at 1500 due to the fact that i work out as well.
i was also wondering is chili that bad for you? i am making it homemade with lean ground beef (92% fat free)

Welcome! You have come to the right place. I don't think chili is bad or you. You could all try making it with ground turkey or chicken. you can Google and get a calorie counter and finger out how may calories are in your recipe and go for there. Bean are good and will hold you over, you can add celery, carrots, peppers, onions so it has lots of veggies.0
