Has anyone else found that based on the definition of sedentary, they should list themselves as that, but they end up losing *FAR MORE* than MFP says they should.... even considering some of the exercise calories that were not eaten. I try to eat them. Sometimes, I'm full.
In as much as this might not seem like a problem, I've read the less I need to lose, the slower it should take to lose it.
