Hey everyone, I'm Emily and I started MFP a couple months ago. I'm in my 20s and I'm trying to change my lifestyle, get stronger, and eat healthier generally. I haven't really joined in the community, but I would love to add some friends on here to keep up with, especially if you have an open diary, 'cause I like to get ideas for meals and snacks.
