Frozen pie crusts...any lower cal available?

I've been making Quiche's for my breakfast and was just about to put them on my grocery list when I saw they are 130 cals for 1/8 of it (no filling included) do you guys know if there are any better than that and where to get them? I don't have the time or kitchen space to make my own.
