Food calories

Okay so I'm fairly close to my GW .. Question question question! Lol. I usually home make all my food. I'm not too much of a processed person. I'm Hispanic when I reach my GW I intend to go back to making rice. Okay how in the world do you measure out the ingredients? For example if I use 1/4 cup canola oil & 2 cups of raw coralina rice. How many calories would that mean for each cooked scoop / cup? .. The calories in the oil and rice how they get sepperated into calorie portions? This boggles me I'm sure I wouldn't logg 1/4 cup oil and 2 cups rice in my dairy lol

Take advantage of the recipe builder on the site. I've used it quite a few times and it let's you put in the amount of portions your meal makes so if it's something you make often, its super easy to log it.
