If you guys get all your "calories burned" for the week done in a two or three days, do you keep excercising the rest of the week?

oh yes, that just means you need to readjust your goals.
  • personally, i try to get some kind of exercise everyday, at least 30 mins regardless of what I have burned already. I really just feel much better if I am moving daily.

I continue to exercise. I pretty much ignore the wee accumulation & work day by day. So, this way it gives me no excuse to slack late in the week after busting my butt early on in the week.

I never even look at the calories burned. :noway: I just exercise on days that I'd be over on my numbers if I DIDN'T exercise! You can tell I "LOVE" to exercise, huh?!

I use the exercise guidliens as a minimum requirement. I exercise AT LEAST that much but try to do more.
  • I go to the gym 4 days a week. If I exceed my goal in the first few days, then that's awesome--but I still go to the gym 4 days a week. It's my private time, so regardless of what my goals are you will find me at the gym.....4 days a week ;)
  • OK...thanks. I excercise the rest of the week as well. I was just curious what you all did. I, too, feel better when I am moving otherwise I get really drowsy.
