Hope this works, first time posting a photo.
Not great pictures, could hardly find a decent old one...... but the first is from 2009 when I was around 182 lbs I believe.... which was my heaviest. As you can see I wore a large jacket in order to feel more hidden from the world. Next picture is from a few days ago at 163 lbs, when I first joined this site. Hoping to see more improvement and to take more pictures to see changes.
