This is a new year I want it to be totally different than last year , I am trying so hard going to the gym starting out small walking 30 minutes on the treadmill, i will work my way longer and to other things , but i have been doing this since the day after christmas and havent lost a pound, i weigh on monday this is only the first one since my weigh in day of last week, but come on a pound would have been nice,, well im not giving up i will still keep going to the gym and i will weigh in again next monday and let you all no if i progressing to the new me..

    Make sure you measure yourself because sometimes inches come off before the weight drops. Dont give up though. You can do it!

    yes don't give up. 2 weeks is far too small of a sample size to know if what your doing is right. If you're eating at a reasonable deficit, exercising, and getting good nutrition, then it will happen, for some it starts fast, for others it takes a little while, give it time, patience is the most important aspect to permanent weight loss!

    Sorry you are frustrated. I am new here, so I don't know how I'm gonna do either, but just keep at it and I'm sure you will see results. Things don't always happen in the timing we want them to.

    I sooo agree with the others. I always keep my nose in any fitness related magazine's or books that I can to stay motivated...give it a try...But dont give up!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

    dont give up u have done it once and you can do it again u just have to stick with at least thats what u always tell me:bigsmile:
