I am at a loss, and not weight wise!

I don't post much on here. I have a blog where I do my venting. Right now, though, I don't know if I have enough voices to help me out.

That's my latest post. I want to preface this with: I am not going to use the water bottle mentioned in here at work anymore. Also, if you take a look at my diary, I do not log strength training I may do one day, and I am not looking at changing my diet as what I have been doing is working. Please do not suggest to me low carb or low fat diets. I was doing low carb, but I am switching it up because I will be going pescatarian at the end of next month to just try another food diet and see if we like it.

Aside those, I would like to know if I should lower my calories again (I work out 5 days a week right now, and have quite a bit of muscle that requires food, though...). We are switching up our workout routine this week again to maybe shock our systems (I do all this with my husband) by doing something that we were advised to do by one of the employees at our gym. If you think you might have anything else you can add to it, PLEASE DO. There are so many people here that have done an amazing job at weight loss and keeping it off here that I cherish this advice! Thank you!
