If you have an iPhone or Android, there's an app called zombie run that's free and kind of makes exercising more fun. Basically, if you get the free one, (there's a better one for 7.99 but I dont have any money lol) it uses your phone's gps and google maps to follow you on your walk/jog outside. And then zombies will pop up on your map and you choose a destination you want to get to, and your goal is to run to your destination before a zombie catches you. You can choose different settings, as well. How many zombies (controlled outbreak, early local infestation, late local infestation, or total pandemic) and then the speed you want them to go (Night of the Living Dead 2MPH, Resident Evil 5MPH, or 28 Days Later 8MPH) and take it from my fiance who is a great runner, IT CAN BE DIFFICULT! lol. They come from all directions around you and you really have to run fast when they start closing in. He was doing 8mph on total pandemic, I was doing 5mph on early local infestation. It's definitely an interesting way to push yourself to run harder and faster and not just stop and walk the whole way. Of course there's no real consequence because they are fake zombies but it gives you a sense of accomplishment when you reach your destination untouched. Also kind of scary at night if you have a wild imagination. Even funner with multiple people. Me and my fiance were running around our neighborhood and having to split up and wish each other luck because we had two different games going so his zombies would be coming from a different direction than mine and we couldn't necessarily stay together. In case any of you want to try it!
