Where to put late night snacks and meals

If you have something after midnight, do you generally list it on the previous day or the current day?

Once I fall asleep for the night, my food day is over. Which means that if I stay up til 2 am, if I happen to eat something at 1 am, it goes on the previous day's diary.0

What I eat between the time I get up to the time I go to bed is my day, and everything eaten is logged for that day.0

After midnight goes as the next day (or same day, technically speaking). Late night snacks are my downfall, and it makes me feel better about life if my net for the day is under.0

My day begins about 10:30 am and ends about 3am. Therefore, anything I eat in between those two times in the same day for me. The body has no clock to tell it what time it is, it goes by your waking hours. Picture people working 11pm to 7am, and sleeping all day - what would their food diary times be..lol You can see my diary. You can also adjust your own to vary the meals and or times. If I made a habit of snacking or eating after my 11pm "late night" I would probably label it instead as "midnight snack" or "midnight mini meal"0

If I haven't been to bed it goes on the same day.0

I log everything I've eaten in that day (from the time I wake up till the time I go to bed). The same with exercise. I figure my body hasn't rested yet so it doesn't count for the next day yet.
I've seen a few people modify the food log in page to add in suppliments or snacks or things like that and you could perhaps do that if it keeps it better organized for you? I've been thinking of adding a "First Break" section for me because I frequently have a small snack at work on my first break of the day (but before my lunch hour) and it would just organize it in a better way for me.0
