Hey you!,
It depends on a few things.Do you loose weight doing this.I don't .Personally I don't take what they say literally(it has my BMR quite high). As we are all unique. When I enter my exercise it increases my goal .this is annoying. as I exercise to burn not to stay the same.I would not exercise if I wanted to achieve this.
How are you getting on?How much have you lost so far??.I will have a nose at your profile and get back to you..0 -
if you are full and under your calorie goal for the day, don't eat some more! don't force yourself to eat if you're trying to lose weight. I feel like we are making nuclear science out of this, if you wanna lose weight simply eat less and workout more0

MFP sets your goal based on the information you provide and how much you have entered as your desired weight loss per week. It already has the deficit built in for you to achieve the target loss. So generally YES eat to your goal. However...... if you do this you need to ensure that you measure everything and record everything that goes into your mouth. If you don't eat right to your goal then there is margin for screw ups in your counting.
Also as mentioned if you exercise your allowance for the day increases. I suggest that you only eat around 1/2 to 2/3 of your exercise calories if you are using MFP to compute them for you. MFP notoriously overestimates your burns.0 -

MPF definitely over estimates burns. Its annoying. So I tend to ignore what it says.0 -
I feel i am doing good I started on the 28th August and have lost about 12lb so far. I just wondered how others look at there calorie intake. I feel pretty good and please feel free to look at my diary.0
