As the topic said really. I am off to do a core strength lesson at the gym. I am unsure what to put n my diary under as I don't want to overestimate the calories used. I have been putting it down as low impact aerobics - does this sound ok to you? Lxx

without knowledge of the routine there is no way for us to answer this for you. Low impact aerobics is probably a good a guess as any.0

Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)?0

Depending on how quickly you went through it you could mark as circuit training.... but that's if you aren't putting a lot of rest between efforts.0

That's a good question. I'm going to start taking a core class and am not sure what to put it under either. There is one that's for "Sit-Ups, vigorous". Might be as close as they have.0
