Hi new to the site :)

Hi,

Just thought I would introduce myself like everyone else. I'm Tara 23 from Newcastle, main aim for joining up is to loose weight and tone up. I've recently moved into a house with my bf which means diet has changed abit, therefore I have put on a little bit of weight and don't feel as comfortable as I used too. I exercise 4 days a week doing various classes (bodypump, bodybalance, bodycombat) and I have been a street dancer/cheerleader for 7 years in my spare time.

Would like some advice on how I can tone up better? main areas are my thighs, stomach and arms. I weight 8st 9lbs at the moment, aiming to get to around 8st as i'm only 5ft 3inch!
