116lbs gone forever......

I'm useless at uploading pictures, but I've changed my profile picture and wanted to share - it now shows me at my heaviest (375lbs) in the coral skirt, and my latest picture, taken at a family wedding yesterday, where I'm currently 259lbs.

Still a work in progress, with a long way to go, but I don't cringe any more when I see pictures of myself, and the smile is a genuine one, not a forced one because someone took a picture of me!

One good thing about the second picture - daughter managed to cut off my feet so you can't see my bandaged foot with a bright blue orthopaedic walking shoe, and I'd hidden my crutches LOL

That's some amazing progress, right there! I feel you when you talk about having your picture taken; it feels so much better when you're confident in how you look ... and you look GREAT!

Keep up the amazing work. You should feel so proud of yourself!
