Hi. I have found that whenever I try to assemble a store bout item. I screw it up somehow. This weekend, I was assembling a dresser from ikea. I made a promise to my self no mistakes. Well, I open the box and start. By the time I get to step 3, I cannot find some wood pieces. I end up going to ikea to get another unit. When I get home, the same problem. Then I see these black x's on the directions. I thought that meant do not do, but then I realized it meant use the colored wood. Which was sitting in front of my face! Fail!

I'm just jealous that you live down the road from an Ikea.

ETA: My wife had to drag me into one of those stores on a weekend getaway...I was not happy about it...going shopping on a "vacation"...just ridiculous. Six+ hours later, we were having so much fun that we forgot to eat lunch. Fortunately, they even serve food!
