started at 165 on July 5, 2012....weigh in today 149.4 and I turned 50 this month. WOOT WOOT!
Congrats!!! It's great aint it?!I recently came out of the 150s too and am flirting with leaving the 140s...it seems the more I lose the harder these last lbs are!0
