My brother saw AMAZING results doing this. Although, he is SERIOUSLY dedicated to it as well. 20 minutes a day almost every day of the week and included a lot of strength exercises with weights and running a couple miles a few times a week as well.

Just started it. Can't speak to results, but I'm enjoying the workout.
Good to mix things up in any and all cases.

    Thousands of good reviews online.

Some say it's the end to long distance cardio.

It's 2/3 of my cardio, 1/3 being distance running. I also can't speak personally for results for weight loss, but my fitness level is a lot higher (larger gains) than when I did just distance running/mild cardio

Yes, do it. You'll burn more calories in less amount of time and get the same or better metabolic adaptations.
