    i have a wonderful life ahead of me. My 30s are going to be my favorites. I am smarter and i have confidence. I want to be healthy not pretty anymore.

    My dr set a goal of 12lbs by November 27.. That is my first small goal.

    I will be 31 in November. I looked at myself and realized I need to change. 30 so far has been great. I applaud you wanting to make a big change in your health and life before you reach that mile stone in life. Good luck and would love to add you as a friend to help motivate you along the way.
