10 lbs - 36 days

Ok... I really really would like to lose 10 pounds in the next 36 days! My husband works out of town and I am taking my daughter to visit him in 36 days. He has been so supportive of the weight I have lost so far and I would really like to lose about 10 more.

Now, please notice I said ABOUT 10 pounds... I realize this may not be possible or healthy... SO If I can lose 5-8 that would be ok too!

I'm eating right and exercise about 3 times a week. I do a boxing class 3x a week then any other exercise I have to be able to do at work or home. I'm always under my calorie goal so I'm thinking I should increase my calories and my exercising.

Does this sound like the right plan? Any other advice PLEASE?

    Your plan does sound good to me. I also recommend drinking 8-10 cups of water a day. You have to understand that your body will lose the weight when it wants to. lol It has a mind of it's own. Sometimes it feels like just losing inches. So dont feel like you did anything wrong if you only lose 3 pounds in 36 days. You are doing great! Keep up the hard work. :flowerforyou:
