am i dropping weight too fast?

hey.

my nutritionist (a professional body builder) told me to do some things to drop my body fat percentage. 1. eat around 1300-1350 calories. 2. eat 150g protein. 3. eat clean. i've been doing this for 8 days and ive dropped from 154 to 147 in that time. DOES ANYONE ELSE THINK THIS IS INSANE? is it because i just had my special moment of the month? is this water weight? im not sure if this is just a beginner's WOOSH, if its water, or if I am dying on the inside (muscle loss).

my body fat % was measured 8 days ago at 30%. i play roller derby 3 days and weight lift 2 days a week.
