Polar FT4 - Help?

My polar ft4, the screen continuously updates itself. For instance it says the time/day and there's a circled two at the bottom of the screen. It wasn't like that two days ago.

Any reasons why it's doing this, did I overlook something in the manual or is it slowly killing itself?

    Not a problem, its just "stuck" in timezone 2. Mine does it sometimes when my toddler gets her hands on it.

    Just press and hold "up" and it should revert to the standard screen.

    The little 2 is still there, but whatever as long as I know it's not broken. Thank you for taking the time to help :)

    I just played with my FT4 to see what was going on.

    Press and hold the bottom right button and you can toggle back and forth between "time 1 in use" and "time 2 in use". When time 2 is in use, that's when you get the circles 2 on the main screen.
