Saturday was my Garmin FR60's first birthday. In the past year it has performed 434 activities, 593.65 miles, 284:14:23 hours, 204,542 calories, 881,174 steps, average speed has been 6.1mph with a max of 14.1mph. My average heart rate while using it has been 129bpm with a max of 197bpm (which is a lot higher than 220 minus my age).

I love geeky crap.
