I'm new and recovering from an eating disorder

I have been bulimic for about 10 months and I finally decided enough is enough.
At first I lost and now I am gaining and binging and purging became harder.

I am not overweight for my height, but I want to get back to my weight while I was in the height of my bulimia...but the HEALTHY WAY.

It has been 3 days since my last b/p episode but the past 2 days have been major binge days.

I am ready to get back on track today and am looking for any support I can get

I know my metabolism is shot so i am going to try 5-6 small meals a day. Does anyone have any suggestions for me.
