I work out 6 days a week and notice on my rest day I seem more hungry than any of the others that I actually burn more!? Does anyone else notice this and know why?

I find exercise is frequently an appetite suppressant. It's perfectly OK, if you can manage it and want to, to set aside 100-200 calories a day on your exercise days and have a nice thousand-calorie bonus to eat on your rest day.0

A while back I read an article (can't recall where) that said our bodies can often trigger a hunger response when we are actually dehydrated, not hungry.
Sometimes I don't find out I'm dehydrated until I get a calf muscle cramp while swimming. Ouch.0
