Setting Daily Nutritional Goals for Me?

Does anyone have recommendation on a website to use to figure out how much protein, carbs, sugar, fats, etc. (not calories) I should be striving for on a daily basis? My goals are to lose weight but gain muscle. Not get all crazy buff, just nicely toned. Right now Im using default MFP settings. Thanks!
