I believe this to be true also. It's not the only reason, but I agree that it's probably the top reason.0

Agreed, but for me this resonated because as I came to accept myself more I started to shed my insecurities. I find that I no longer look at women with the same critical eye that I did before I learned to appreciate myself.0
