    Congratulations! I felt great when I did my first one (wall assisted for balance) as well. It is a great exercise!

    amazing! if i may ask. how much did you weigh when you accomplished that push up? because i am struggling to get past some mental limitations that have me believing i must be very thin to accomplish difficult things. so far my first pilates class proved otherwise.

    <<<<< I no longer need a wall for balance! I now have a new favorite strength exercise!
