    Tricep dips?
  • Triceps dips, Overhead tricep extensions, Military Push-ups and etc...Sometimes people say they want to get rid of that jiggle and the jiggle is really lose skin. Not too much you can do about lose skin. Also, it's going to jiggle a little bit. At my smallest and fittest, there was still a little jiggle, though it was a muscle jiggle. :) I have a question, I'm new here, I wanted to enter my strength training into my exercise but there really wasn't much to choose from and it didn't show any calories burned, is there any way to get that information?

I haven't had much luck with it either, I really have stopped tracking any exercise. I need to start back.

You have to add the strength training as a cardio exercise - as calories are not tracked or calced if it's not shown as cardio. I don't know why MFP is set up this way, probably because there is too much variation between users on strength training vs. cardio. I track my strength training under cardio.

That's because exercise doesn't cause skin to shrink. Skin has a certain elasticity, and maybe it will sprint back, maybe it won't. I suppose you could try and 'fill it up' with muscle. But gaining muscle takes years, and a calorie surplus.

Push exercise - dips, bench press, overhead press, etc - will help strengthen the muscle in that area. Losing body fat is the key though, and that happens with a sustained deficit. Whether you do that with diet or with diet and exercise, you have to do it.
