Hi everyone. My name is Crystal, I live in Florida. I'm 52 years old and the excess weight I've been carrying around is really starting to cause me to have issues. I had a heart catheterization last winter because my cholesterol is high enough to be a cause for concern. I want to be able to keep up with my husband, who is in great shape, and very active. I'm looking forward to getting to know folks here and giving and receiving support as we travel along on life's journey to health.:laugh:
