Like to sing.....even if its only in the shower?

Just thought I would share this. I like to sing, and didn't realize that it made a difference. Hope this encourages you all to sing a little more.....even if its in the shower.....:happy:

A 35-year-old, 150-lb. woman who is 5 feet 5 inches tall burns burns about 90 calories per hour when singing sitting down and 121 calories per hour when singing standing up. If she sings while moving around, as in a praise service with dancing at a church, she burns 310 calories per hour.
